Dr. Natasha Bernard
Medical Director, Advanced Injector & Longevity Expert
I have a patient-centered approach and am passionate about understanding each individual's goals to help my patients look and feel their best. During my Osteopathic medical training, I realized that I loved doing hands-on procedures and treatments. Colleagues and mentors complemented me on having good hands and an eye for detail. My credentials have provided expertise in anatomy, especially cranial and facial, but my true passion is delivering results that will transform my patients' lives.
I grew up in the desert climate of Phoenix, Arizona and fell in love with the Bay Area when I moved to Oakland to earn my B.A. in Biochemistry and Molecular Cell Biology at Mills College. Working as a Chemist and volunteering in women's health helped me to realize that my next professional leap was to Osteopathic Medical School at Touro University in Vallejo. In 2012 I completed my residency in Santa Rosa and received my Board Certification in Family Medicine.
M. Anjani Teves, DO
Board-certified Family Medicine & Osteopathic Physician
I graduated from Touro University California and completed my residency at UHS Wilson Regional Hospital in Johnson City, NY. I also hold a BA from UC Berkeley and an MFA in Poetry and Literature from Bennington College. With extensive training in yoga and martial arts, I am passionate about the body’s innate capacity for healing, breathwork, and my Polydiaphragmatic Breathing method.
Since founding Nine Rivers Osteopathy in 2014, I dedicated my practice to holistic, patient-centered care. In recent years, I developed a growing interest in skin health and aesthetics, exploring ways to support skin vitality as part of overall wellness. I recently joined Alchemy Restorative Medicine, where I look forward to expanding my passion while continuing to help patients feel their best from the inside out.
Margaret Foster, R.N.
Aesthetics and Injection Specialist
Growing up in a family of women who held various professions in aesthetics, I have always had a natural to attention to detail.
With over 18 years of experience as a Healthcare Provider, I delight in working with people of various age groups and backgrounds. I am a compassionate caregiver, who is able to be both empathetic and meticulous in her work.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling and experiencing different cuisines with my husband. I also enjoy staying active and you will often find me walking or hiking locally with our dog!
Alejandra Lemus
Esthetician / Hair Regrowth & Skin Care
Originally from Michoacán, Mexico, I studied Communication Sciences in Guanajuato before building a career in customer service, sales, and the performing arts, where I developed strong communication and interpersonal skills.
I began my journey at Alchemy Restorative Medicine as a Patient Care Coordinator, supporting patients with empathy, clarity, and respect. Recently I transitioned my role into Eesthetician, wherein I specialize in HydraFacial, Hair Regrowth, and skin consultations. My goal is to help every patient feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their treatment journey.
I'm proud to be part of the Alchemy team, where I continue to grow professionally while prioritizing what matters most—my daughters.

A native Californian, with a number of years spent in New York, Jen has spent her career working in client-focused industries where her organizational skills and passion for helping people have created exceptional experiences for all who have worked with her. She has a special talent in listening to clients and knowing exactly what they need. Jen is proud to bring these skills to Alchemy Restorative Medicine.
At Alchemy Restorative Medicine, Jen uses her strong management skills and attention to detail to help ensure the office runs smoothly and patients receive outstanding care. With her warm personality, Jen takes pride in making every interaction welcoming, positive, and meaningful. She loves building relationships with patients and strives to make everyone who walks through Alchemy's door feel comfortable, cared for, and right at home.

I grew up in the quiet mountain town of Ginatilan, Cebu, where life was simple and unplugged. Driven by curiosity and a desire to grow, I moved to the city to pursue my education and earned a degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing Management, from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
My professional path has taken me through the digital marketing field across various industries. After a decade in the corporate world, I transitioned to freelancing, using my skills to help businesses thrive.
Joining Alchemy allows me to support both patients and practitioners in a space that values inclusivity, compassion, and holistic care.
