HOLISTIC AESTHETICS

Natasha Bernard, D.O. & Advanced Injector

I have a patient-centered approach and am passionate about understanding each individual's goals to help my patients look and feel their best. During my Osteopathic medical training, I realized that I loved doing hands-on procedures and treatments. Colleagues and mentors complemented me on having good hands and an eye for detail. My credentials have provided expertise in anatomy, especially cranial and facial, but my true passion is delivering results that will transform my patients' lives.

I grew up in the desert climate of Phoenix, Arizona and fell in love with the Bay Area when I moved to Oakland to earn my B.A. in Biochemistry and Molecular Cell Biology at Mills College. Working as a Chemist and volunteering in women's health helped me to realize that my next professional leap was to Osteopathic Medical School at Touro University in Vallejo. In 2012 I completed my residency in Santa Rosa and received my Board Certification in Family Medicine.

Margaret Foster, R.N. & Aesthetics Specialist

Growing up in a family of women who held various professions in aesthetics, I have always had a natural to attention to detail.

With over 18 years of experience as a Healthcare Provider, I delight in working with people of various age groups and backgrounds. I am a compassionate caregiver, who is able to be both empathetic and meticulous in her work.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling and experiencing different cuisines with my husband. I also enjoy staying active and you will often find me walking or hiking locally with our dog!

AESTHETICS

Kalila Sorrell, Patient Care Coordinator & Certified Life Coach

I am a SoCal baby, born and raised and I come from a family of artists and healers. My maternal grandmother raised me in her garden. I lived by her slow lifestyle brewing herbs, pressing flowers, speaking to the sky and snails and baking fresh bread. I painted and sculpted as she worked on her own crafts.

I later studied Art, Communications, and Critical Gender Studies at the University of California San Diego.

Working full time and being a full time student with serious health issues sucked the life out of me. I had undiagnosed endometriosis and I suffered from severe anxiety and depression, all of which worsened in my first 6 years in the workforce. I had no creativity left for art. Instead, I spent my energy and resources on therapy and healing. It has been a long and arduous journey, and it is one I now share openly in the hope that no one feels alone on their path.

I graduated from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts with a certificate in life coaching. Everything I have worked through, I now help others with and it is my greatest joy to facilitate wellness in the people I work with.
